The Perceptive Kiddie- Yashika Kaur Bajaj

‘To acquire knowledge, one must study; but to acquire wisdom, one must observe’. Observing others’ actions is what enables us to see the good and bad in them and observing little changes around us is what makes us more special. A child who learns and observes quickly than usual and possesses extraordinary talent is what we call a Prodigy kid. We here are talking about Yashika Kaur Bajaj from Kolkata located in the state of West Bengal. She is a great observer and a very quick catcher.

Once her parents Manjit Singh Bajaj and Nehaa Bajaj told her the story of Ramayana and asked her questions about it the next day and astonishingly she remembered everything very clearly. They aim to see her achieve all her goals in the next 10 years and make the family and the society proud. She is an ambivert and is friendly to everyone. She respects everyone and knows well the balance between being an extrovert or an introvert. She is not shy to show her skills to anyone.

We asked them if they believed the notion to be correct that child Prodigies isolate themselves from their peer mates since they have higher IQ and are busy discovering things in their zone? They said that no they do not agree with this and told that Yashika discovers many new things from her observation and is very adventurous.

Informing them about the features their child would get through this platform people will start recognizing her and the fame that follows is something beyond imagination, so how do they plan to ensure a normal childhood for their child. We came to know that they believed it to be completely fine and would follow a disciplined routine and make sure that she can maintain that fame along as a part of her life and focus towards achieving more glories. Also, they believe that if they will be normal she will be normal as well.

They shared with us one of the memorable moments they had with her when they went to Puri and visited the Jagannath Temple. She was very happy, excited, and also very curious to enter the temple. She is very interested in hearing stories and loves music and dancing. Once while they were going out she saw a dog sitting nearby and asked ‘mumma why the dog is not wearning clothes’ this made them feel amazed about her caring about animals.

The pressure of the expectations that the society holds from their kids may many times bother the lifestyle of the kids so handling it is an important part. Yashika’s parents don’t feel such pressure and believe every human to be different and ensure to motivate and encourage her to grow. Pressure makes a child competitive and starts which they do not want to see happening to their child. They want her to feel free to achieve whatever she wishes and they look forward to supporting her as much as possible. They believe in letting children explore and remove hesitations from their minds and make an atmosphere that lets them share everything with their parents.

This was all about Yashika Kaur Bajaj. The Child Prodigy wishes her all the best for her future endeavours.
